Development of real-time embedded software for military systems is an lcdc specialty. Our software procedures are based on the IEEE 12207 standard (we also support legacy standards including MIL-STD-1679A, DOD-STD-2167A, and MIL-STD-498).

Our personnel have performed successful embedded software developments for many systems including:

  • Fiber-Optic Guided Missile (FOG-M/NLOS): development of the Gunner Station and Fire Control Computer embedded software including Built-In-Test (BIT) services. This software was successfully deployed with the system in Desert Storm.
  • Digital Anti-Radiation Missile (ARM): development of the on-board pattern recognition software.
  • OH-58D Advanced Helicopter Improvement Program (AHIP): development of the cockpit display software.
  • FAA-regulated helicopter: development of the electrical system control computer software.

Our real-time software experience also includes extensive work with real-time test drivers and simulations.
