Dr. Lisa Cox is the Owner and Technical Director of lcdc. Lisa has worked since 1983 on a wide range of military and civilian aerospace applications, focusing in the areas of Real-Time embedded software engineering, development, test and evaluation, and real-time simulation software. Her career has included positions with Bell Helicopter, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Nichols Research Corporation. She holds a BS degree in Engineering Physics, an MS degree in Computer Science, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Her dissertation work reflects her interests in knowledge representation, the theory of modeling, and advancing the way computers process and communicate true meaning.

lcdc's Operations Director is Dr. Glenn Cox, who has worked in support of the military and civilian space programs since 1974. His background emphasizes Military Network Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Real-Time Distributed Simulation for military applications. He has also worked extensively with Real-Time Testbeds for Development and Operational Test and Evaluation (DT&E/OT&E). His experience includes work for General Research Corporation, Scientific Research Corporation, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He has a BEE, MEE, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
